I like to eat out, although I don't do it as much as I would like. And I often develop an opinion of a restaurant but don't have any way of sharing my opinion with anyone other than my uninterested spouse. So I thought I'd start a blog. I make no promises of how often I'll post, but I will try to be honest and fair, and will include the opinions of my dining companions when they have them. I have some friends who go to restaurants with me and we usually end up discussing them afterward so readers will benefit from their opinions too. Can't say for sure when the next post will be but maybe I'll write a few reviews of restaurants I've been to recently.
